"Used to be great but now I feel like an atm as they continue to increase rates even tho I have no accidents or tickets in years and then show up unannounced to survey the property and misidentify bathroom vents as fuel burning sources and use this to justify attempting to raise the rates on the homeowners insurance. A company on the ropes pillaging its loyal safe customers to stay afloat. A true shame. I’d advice looking elsewhere for your insurance needs"
